I really liked this place: atmosphere is great and very friendly. Family, owing this hotel, speaks perfect english and is very kind and hospitable! Location is great - you can reach the city centre in 2 minutes. Near by there are restaurants, a supermarket and a bar. Room and private bath are clean and comfortable. There is a place to work and to rest. Breakfast is delicious and fresh. Coffee is just unforgettable! I highly recommend this hotel!

Cheap & clean is basically all I ask for when traveling on my own. But in this well-located, traditional family-run hotel, you will not only get this but also hospitality and warmth of the highest level, and great advice on the best places to visit or where to eat delicious local products. In this strange Covid time, Michele went out of his way to make his hosts feel at home ! More than recommended !

This hotel is unique! Situated in the lively and beautiful historical centre of Umbria’s capital city Perugia, you are welcomed by a lovely and heartwarming Italian family with Calabrian and Umbrian roots. The room is very clean, smells fresh and all furniture and bed are cosy, new and very typical for houses in this region - combining modern and decorative antique style, without ever being to provocative. A feel good place in family tradition! No pool! But who needs a pool, if you can easily walk to the Piazza IV Novembre and breathe Etruscan, Roman history paired with modern Italian lifestyle! Spa and pool can also be found in town. But if you’re seeking true and honest Italian hospitality, book a room! It’s worth it. Also parking is made possible - a miracle in this pulsating and hardly never sleeping town. A wonderful place to explore not only Perugia - but close Assisi and also Tuscany or one of the hot springs. Next to lovely and tasty restaurants serving all sorts of very delicious regional food and drink! Just come and visit!
